How to make a LinkedIn carousel

  1. Write the first slide

    Give the reader a clear reason to swipe. Edit the sample heading and body, or open Draft with AI to generate a starting point.

  2. Build the story

    Select a slide to edit it. Add, duplicate, move or hide slides. Keep one point on each slide.

  3. Check the fit

    Text shrinks to fit within a readable size range. If a slide needs more room, use Split into slides or edit it before exporting.

  4. Download and post

    Choose a palette and square or portrait format. Download the PDF, then upload it to LinkedIn using Add a document.

How do I post a carousel on LinkedIn?

Download the PDF, start a LinkedIn post and choose Add a document. Upload the file and add a document title and post caption. LinkedIn displays the PDF pages as swipeable slides.

What size should a LinkedIn carousel be?

This tool exports square slides at 1080 × 1080 pixels or portrait slides at 1080 × 1350 pixels. Every page in the exported deck uses the same format.

Should I download PDF or PNG?

Use PDF for a LinkedIn document post. Download a single PNG to reuse one slide, or a ZIP to get a PNG of every included slide.

What happens if my slide has too much text?

The tool reduces the font within a readable range. If the text still does not fit, choose Split into slides to keep the text on additional slides, or shorten it yourself. PDF, PNG and ZIP exports do not silently cut off the text.

Is the carousel generator free and does it need an account?
