How to create your LinkedIn QR code

  1. Choose where the scan goes

    Enter your profile username or paste a full LinkedIn profile, company, post or article URL. Check the destination with Open link.

  2. Make it yours

    Choose a color preset or your own colors. Upload a logo if you want one in the center.

  3. Check the placement

    Switch to the business card or event badge preview to see the QR beside its destination. PDF exports use the shown physical dimensions.

  4. Download and test

    Use PNG for slides, SVG for scalable artwork, or PDF for a card or badge. Scan your exported file and a printed sample before making a batch.

Can I create a QR code for a LinkedIn company page or post?

Yes. Paste the complete LinkedIn company, post or article URL. Profile usernames also work. The destination shown above the preview is the link encoded in every export.

What file format should I download?

PNG works for slides and image editors. SVG stays sharp at any size. Both include your chosen colors, logo and a four-module clear margin. PDF creates an 85 × 55 mm business card or a 90 × 120 mm event badge; print it at actual size or 100%.

Can I add my own logo and colors?

Yes. Choose a preset or custom colors and upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF logo. Logos stay in your browser and appear in PNG, SVG and PDF downloads. High error correction is used when a logo is present.

Does my QR code expire?

The code stores your LinkedIn URL directly, without a redirect or subscription. It does not expire, but the destination must stay available. If you change your LinkedIn URL, create a new QR code.

What size should I use for printing?

SVG can scale without pixelation. For a small card, start with a QR around 30 mm wide and keep the clear margin. A longer URL creates more modules and may need a larger print. Test a printed sample with your phone at the distance people will scan it.

Is this tool free, and are my links saved?

It is free and needs no signup. QR generation and logo processing happen in your browser. Your input and logo are not uploaded or saved.
