An outbound systems founder changes his own approach
Allbound OS builds outbound systems for B2B companies, covering prospect research, enrichment, segmentation and multi-touch campaigns. Its founder, Can Timağur, uses LinkedIn to find and develop business conversations of his own.
His earlier routine was to build a list, connect, send DMs and wait. The responses he wanted did not come. He began engaging with people’s content before asking for their time, learning what they cared about and giving them a chance to recognize his name.
Extrovert helps him organize the posts he wants to engage with and keep track of when to follow up. That makes the relationship-building work easier to maintain alongside outbound campaigns.
Find prospects through the problems they discuss
Can also uses Extrovert to find people already discussing the problems Allbound OS solves. His signals campaign tracks topics such as outbound pipeline and GTM systems, with filters for job title, company size and location.
So now I use Extrovert to find warm prospects before I write a single word.
S. Can TimağurFounder, Allbound OS · LinkedInExtrovert surfaces matching post authors and people who like or comment on those posts. Can reviews the suggested prospects, chooses the good fits and adds them to his outreach campaigns. Their public activity gives him a specific subject for the first message.
Spend less time staring at a blank DM reply
Once a conversation is underway, Can uses Extrovert’s suggested replies as a starting point. The drafts draw on the DMs he has received and his writing style; he edits them before sending.
I cut my DM reply time from 45 minutes to 10 a day using this workflow.
S. Can TimağurFounder, Allbound OS · LinkedInHe describes the benefit as getting past the blank-page problem. He still adds his own wording and personal touch, so the reply sounds like him. The daily reply task takes less time while he keeps control of what he says.
Keep a relationship going after the demo
Can’s engagement routine continues after the first reply or meeting. When someone has taken a demo but has not converted, he keeps in touch through their posts and conversations.
I use Extrovert for nurture. If someone replies, takes a demo, and doesn’t convert, I keep them warm with the post, comment, and DM combo
S. Can TimağurFounder, Allbound OS · LinkedInFor leads who have gone quiet, he loads them into Extrovert, watches for their LinkedIn activity and reviews a drafted comment before sending it. This gives him a way to stay visible without making every interaction another sales ask. A follow-up email can then come after renewed engagement on LinkedIn.

Comment first, then connect while the interaction is fresh
Can uses Extrovert to leave one or two comments before reaching out, spaced one to two weeks apart. Within 24 hours of a comment, he sends a connection request through GetSales.io. He reports that this approach moved connection acceptance from 15% to 32%.
The tools have separate jobs in his workflow. Extrovert supports the initial engagement and ongoing nurture. GetSales handles connection steps, outreach sequences and follow-ups. His own LinkedIn posts give people more context when they visit his profile.
Comments, content and private messages work together: people have seen him contribute before the invitation arrives, and the conversation can start with something they have already discussed.
